One sermon. A full week of content.

Every Monday, your team receives a complete Sermon Content Pack from Sunday's message, made for your church: a faithful transcript, blog post, devotional, small group and family guides, a congregation email, social posts, and more. $247/month, or start with a free sample of your most recent sermon.

The free sample needs no credit card or sales call. Just send your transcript.

The problem most church communications teams face

  • Sunday's message disappears by Tuesday

Most churches post a recap and maybe a quote. The rest of the week is quiet because no one has time to write more.

  • Volunteers and part-time staff wear every hat

Your communications person also handles announcements, bulletins, and three other things. Deeper content work can't compete with what's urgent.

  • Generic content still needs a lot of fixing

AI tools can turn a sermon into posts in minutes. Someone still has to fix the names, check the quotes, and make it sound like your church, and that's usually the same busy person.

Made for your church, then reviewed by me

  • Your standards, written down once

Before your first weekly pack, I write a production guide for your church: your Bible translation, how you refer to your pastor, your colors and logo, your hashtags, and how you want sensitive topics handled. Every pack follows it.

  • Your pastor's words, exactly

Quotes are word for word from the sermon and checked against the transcript before delivery. Your pastor is only ever quoted saying what was actually said.

  • Your people's privacy

When a sermon story names someone in your church, the public pieces say "a family in our church" instead. The names stay in the transcript and on your staff review sheet.

What your team receives every Monday

  1. Deliverable 01

    Sermon Transcript

The complete message, cleaned up and divided into sections, with names and terms the auto-transcript got wrong corrected. Nothing your pastor said is removed or softened, and a note at the end lists every change I made.

    Good for

Your sermon archive, accessibility, and anyone who would rather read than listen

  2. Deliverable 02

    SEO Description

Under 400 characters, ready to copy into your podcast episode description, sermon archive page, and YouTube video description. Written to help new listeners find the message.

    Example output

"In 'Do You Realize Who You Are in Christ?', Keith Thomas unpacks Ephesians 1:1–4, showing that every believer has already been given grace, peace, and every spiritual blessing in Christ, chosen before the foundation of the world."

  3. Deliverable 03

    YouTube Title, Description, and Chapters

A searchable title and description for the sermon video, plus chapter markers so viewers can jump to each part of the message. Chapters come from the transcript's timestamps, so they line up with your video.

    Paste into

YouTube Studio when you upload, or your podcast show notes

  4. Deliverable 04

    Blog Post

500 to 1,000 words that follow the arc of the sermon, written for your church blog or website. Includes a headline, section breaks, word-for-word quotes from the message, and one to three reflection questions to close.

    What's inside

Opening hook → the pastor's core argument → key scripture moments → practical application → reflection questions

  5. Deliverable 05

    3-Day Devotional

A three-day devotional that carries the sermon's main movements through the week, with a scripture passage, reflection, application questions, and a prayer for each day. Works for personal use, email, or small groups.

    Structure of each day

Scripture → Reflection → Application questions → Prayer

  6. Deliverable 06

    Small Group Discussion Guide

Two editions with the same questions. The member guide fits on two printed pages. The leader edition adds notes under every question: what to listen for, a line from the sermon, and what to ask if the conversation stalls. Both editions also come as their own printable PDFs in your church's branding, ready to send to group leaders.

    Each guide includes

The message in brief → Read together → Icebreaker → Discussion questions → Live it out → Pray together

  7. Deliverable 07

    Family Discussion Guide

A short guide for parents to talk about the sermon with their kids: the big idea in kid-friendly words, questions for different ages, a simple activity, and a family prayer. It also comes as its own printable PDF, with a brighter, more playful look than the adult guides.

    Each guide includes

The big idea → Read it together → Talk about it → Try this → Pray together

  8. Deliverable 08

    Congregation Email

A ready-to-send recap for your church's weekly email, with a subject line and preview text: the big idea, a quote from the sermon, and links to the message, the devotional, and the discussion guides.

    Send it with

Whatever email tool your church already uses

  9. Deliverable 09

    Monday Text Message

One short text, under 160 characters, pointing your congregation to the week's devotional or the message itself.

    Good for

Your church's texting tool, or a quick note to small group leaders

  10. Deliverable 10

    Social Media Toolkit

8 ready-to-publish posts covering the whole week: pull quotes, scripture highlights, a sermon recap, and a midweek reflection. Every post includes platform guidance, hashtags, a character count, and a design note for its graphic.

    8-post mix

Pull-quote graphics, scripture highlights, recap posts, and a midweek reflection

  11. Deliverable 11

    Audio and Video Clips

Three short clips from the sermon, each chosen to make sense to someone who wasn't there, plus an optional one for Stories. Each comes with exact start and end times, a suggested size, an on-screen headline, caption corrections, post copy, a shorter version for X and Threads, and alt text.

    Works with

Your sermon audio or video, in whatever clip or audiogram tool your team already uses

  12. Deliverable 12

    Staff Review Sheet

For your staff only, never published. Every quote source, scripture reference, and illustration from the sermon in one place, with anything worth a second look flagged: a statistic without a source, a reference that doesn't match the passage read, or an event that has already passed.

    Why it helps

Small mistakes get caught before anything goes public

  13. Deliverable 13

    Branded PDF

Every public piece in one document, designed in your church's colors with your logo, ready to share with staff and volunteers. The small group and family guides also come as their own PDFs, so you can send them straight to leaders and parents.

    In order

Transcript → Blog post → Devotional → Discussion guides (leader and family) → Email and text → Social toolkit → Clip guide

How it works

  1. Send your transcript

Send me your sermon transcript through the request form below, auto-generated or typed, with the sermon title, preacher, date, series, and scripture passage. Only have audio or video? Mention it and I'll walk you through it.

  2. I produce and review

The transcript runs through an AI-assisted workflow built around your church's standards. Then I review every piece for accuracy, quality, and theological faithfulness, and check every quote against the transcript.

  3. Receive your pack

Your complete content pack arrives within 48 hours, ready for your team to use in every channel.

A note on quality and theological faithfulness

Every pack is produced from the actual sermon: your pastor's exact words, not a summary of a general topic. Quotes are checked word for word against the transcript, and anything I can't verify goes on your staff review sheet instead of into a public post. Before delivery, I review every piece myself for doctrinal accuracy and quality, drawing on more than a decade in church ministry and knowing what it means to represent a pastor's message. Nothing goes out as raw AI output.

About you

I'll look at it to match your church's look and voice.

About the sermon

Any format: txt, doc, docx, or PDF, up to 10 MB. A transcript with timestamps lets me add YouTube chapters and clip times.

Make it sound and look like your church

For example: Pastor Mike, Father Tom, Dr. Lee, or just Mike.

Printed scripture in your pack will use this translation.

For example: Baptist, Anglican, Catholic, Presbyterian, or nondenominational.

Used for the cover and section headings on clean white pages. A hex code like #1F3A5F, or describe it, like navy.

PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP, up to 5 MB. A version with a transparent background works best.

Words your church uses or avoids, how you handle sensitive topics, or anything else that makes your church sound like itself.

Common questions

What format should the transcript be in?

Any format works: plain text, Word, PDF, or a Google Doc link. Auto-generated transcripts from tools like Descript or Otter.ai are fine. The cleaner the transcript, the more accurate the result.

How long does it take?

Most packs are delivered within 48 hours. If you send Sunday's transcript Monday morning, you'll typically have your pack by Tuesday afternoon.

How is this different from AI sermon tools?

AI sermon tools are fast and inexpensive, and they give your team a draft to edit. A content pack arrives finished: built around your church's standards, checked against the transcript, and reviewed by me before it reaches you. Your team spends its time sharing the content, with nothing left to fix.

Will it sound like our church?

That's what the setup is for. Before your first weekly pack, I write a production guide for your church covering your translation, brand, voice, and preferences, and every pack follows it. Your feedback on early packs goes into the guide, so each week fits better than the last.

What if our pastor addresses something sensitive or political?

The transcript keeps everything your pastor said. It isn't my place to edit a sermon. The shorter pieces focus on the message's central point, and you decide how sensitive topics are handled in them.

Can we request edits?

Yes. If anything in your free sample needs adjusting, just let me know and I'll revise it. Getting it right is the whole point of the sample.

What happens after the free pack?

Nothing, unless you want to continue. A weekly subscription is $247/month, about $62 per sermon. The Torch Plan bundles weekly packs with full site management for $597/month. No pressure either way.

What if our pastor doesn't preach from a manuscript?

That's common. An audio or video recording works too, since it can be transcribed. Just mention it in your request and I'll walk you through it.

Is this really free? What's the catch?

It's free. I think the work speaks for itself. You're under no obligation.
